Integrated Enterprise Leadership

Creating a single Global Plan
Delos Complimentary Workshop   Solihull

   14 June 2012      09.00 - 13.00

In today's global fast moving environment, you need to develop a global approach to new product management, forecasting and demand management, supply management and creating a single set of financial plans. The executive needs to act strategically and give direction locally. That's what we call Integrated Enterprise Leadership (IEL).
Come and network and listen to how one company - Pegler Yorkshire - now manage factories in the UK, Eastern Europe and China to support a global sales network using Delos Partnership's IEL process.

  • New products are developed globally, through a stage/gate process.
  • Forecasts are developed from a statistical forecast through to a rigorous assumption based demand plan.
  • Forecast accuracy is measured and is improving.
  • The demand plan drives the supply plan and the financial plan, and provides the executive with those issues where decisions need to be made.
  • One set of numbers is the key.
Having developed the strategic IEL process, Pegler Yorkshire have progressed to develop their ERP system, establishing common planning processes across each of their factories to ensure achievement of high levels of customer fulfillment, wherever the product is made. The devil is always in the detail. Aggregate ties with detailed plan. Strategy ties with tactics. Management is followed by execution.   One plan, One direction and One team.

You will get a pragmatic review of how to implement all of this from our workshop. Come with a colleague! The only cost is your time.

The seminar will start with registration and coffee from 09.00 for 09.30 and conclude at 13.00 to be followed by lunch to let you network.
