In addition to the main partners of the business, the Delos Partnership has the ability to call on the resources of a number of people who can provide skills to support our clients on an ad hoc basis. We know their experience will be hugely valuable to any of our clients. Their experiences range from a previous deputy chairman of an agrochemical company, who was responsible for running one of the first highly successful worldwide Integrated Enterprise Leadership process (that organisation was around £4 billion in terms of Revenue) to someone who has successfully installed a manufacturing plant in China. It includes the former IT director of a major premium brands drinks company, to an operations director of a small engineering company. The breadth of experience across all functions and all sizes of companies that we can call on for our clients is huge.
