Rob has over 20 years experience in Operations, Planning and Senior Project Management in large multinational organisations, including Parker Pen Company, Gillette and Newell Rubbermaid.
His extensive, hands on, knowledge as a senior project manager and department head enables him to understand, develop, lead and implement change in fast moving environments.

  • Set up and development of European S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) / Integrated Business Management processes and systems for $550m business, across 9 brands

  • Led wide range of UK, European and Global projects for Warehouse, Distribution and Logistics

  • Projects include; ERP systems, facilities and process redesigns and outsourcing. Both temporary and permanent solutions

  • Provision of Internal consultancy and project management for integration, mergers and business process development

  • Managed a range of Planning, Procurement and Operational teams with budgets of up to £30m
